This page explains how to delete your Mallang account and the data linked to it. If you have the app, you can delete it from inside the app; if you do not have the app installed, you can request deletion by email.
Option 1. Delete in the app (immediate)
- Open the Mallang app.
- Go to the [My] tab at the bottom.
- Tap [Delete account].
- Read the notice and confirm.
As soon as you confirm, your original proof photos are deleted first, then the account and all server data linked to it are deleted in cascade. There is nothing to wait for.
Option 2. Request by email (no app needed)
If you have already removed the app or cannot reach it on your device, write to us at the address below.

Subject Account deletion request
Please include the following. We use it only to verify that the account is yours, and discard it once the request is done.
- How you signed in (Apple or Google)
- The email address of that account
- The name (nickname) you used in the app
Once we have verified the account, we delete it without delay (within 10 days of your request) and write back to confirm.
What gets deleted
Deleting your account erases all of the following immediately.
- Account and sign-in details β social login identifier, name (nickname), email
- Optional profile β gender, birthday
- Routines, their records and streaks, and the server backup (including the daily totals recorded by health-linked routines)
- Focus (study) session records and study stats
- Events, to-dos and timetables you entered, and D-days
- Mallangotchi β name, stage, energy, treats sent, pokes
- Original proof photos
- Guestbook posts, comments and reactions you wrote
- Friend, couple and family connections β they disappear from the other person's list too
- Routines you published to Discover, and your block list
- Notification settings and push device tokens
- Character, theme and lock screen settings
Data that is kept only on your device and never sent to our servers (device calendar and reminders, raw health readings, original lock screen photos) goes away when you remove the app.
What is kept after deletion

If you sign up again
Signing up again with the same social account issues a new member identifier. Your previous records and connections are not restored, and nothing from the old account carries over.
